TONIKAWA: Tsukasa and Chitose Make Peace... in Street Fighter?!

Nasa Yuzaki has married Tsukasa, the girl of his dreams, but the couple has a few hurdles to clear. For one thing, Tsukasa's foster sister Chitose has a big problem with the marriage, and she is determined to see the newlyweds part ways. Nasa is also pressuring himself to give Tsukasa a big, perfect wedding, but how can he pull it off?

Tsukasa is having plenty of fun in her everyday life, though, and she enjoyed meeting Nasa's parents in Nara Prefecture. Now she and Nasa are staying at a small house on the Arisugawa bathhouse complex (since Nasa's apartment burned down), and Tsukasa is ready for some house guests... and a Street Fighter competition!

It's an ordinary day in the neighborhood until Chitose arrives. She and her two maids are hunting Tsukasa once again. Chitose meets Kaname at the bathhouse, and when Tsukasa herself happens by, Chitose gets on her case at once. To shake off her foster sister, Tsukasa lures Chitose to a nearby park, claiming that the igloo feature is her new home since she's desperate for housing. Chitose climbs in to check it out, and Tsukasa takes this chance to run off. Chitose has been fooled, but not for long. Chitose finally catches up to the newlywed Yuzakis at their actual lodgings, and Tsukasa switches gears to hospitality mode. Why not have a little dinner party?

After all, Nasa found a takoyaki pan in the kitchen, and the Yuzakis are planning a lovely little party centered around tasty takoyaki balls. Chitose and her maids are invited, and so are Kaname and Aya Arisugawa. And the hospitality doesn't end there; Chitose and her two maids are offered a bath, and they have a great time there. In fact, they're lulled into wandering home, content with their bath, until Chitose snaps out of it and storms right back to the Yuzaki house. She won't be gotten rid of so easily. So, the competition is on.

The girls all have something in common: they love video games. The girls have a fancy console on hand, and the name of the game is Street Fighter. The competition is fierce: Tsukasa, Aya and Chitose are all fierce veterans of this game. In fact, Aya is a dedicated video game streamer and commentator online. Kaname gives the game a shot, but she's out of her league, so it's up to Tsukasa, Aya and Chitose to battle it out and determine a winner. The prize, according to one of Chitose's maids, is the honor of ordering Nasa to do one thing for the winner, even something outrageous like nude handstands in the street.

After everyone eats, the players are ready. Tsukasa is used to relaxing and playing games at home, and while she loves taking it easy in her everyday life, she's fired up today, and she won't let Aya take her down so easily. Her first challenge is Chitose, and Chitose goes down after a few matches. Aya is up next, and she is a much tougher opponent. Aya wins game after game, but Tsukasa turns the tables by bringing out one of the retro Street Fighter titles, complete with the proper console and controllers, and she's got the home-field advantage this time. The odds are even, and the girls' fighters knock each other out to achieve a draw.

By now, Tsukasa and Aya have forged a fine friendship. Chitose admits that she's happy for Tsukasa and has no problem with the marriage. She said it so casually, it's almost like she didn't realize what she was saying, but her feelings are genuine. Chitose and her maids take their leave for the night, and it's safe to say that everyone is on the same team, and it's full steam ahead. As an afterthought, Tsukasa explains that if she had won the video game prize, she would have kissed Nasa on the mouth, and does so now anyway to prove it. The marriage is stronger than ever, Street Fighter or not.
